Beta Motorcycles

Beta Motorcycles Philippines is an Italian motorcycle brand that specializes in off-road bikes. Its origin dates back to 1904 when it was formerly known as a bike company named 'Società Giuseppe Bianchi'. It all began with Giuseppe Bianchi, a man who makes bicycles, and Enzo who happens to be his son. Enzo met Arrigo Tosi while he was on military service, who later on married his sister Elda. After the union, they all decided to work together, and over 100 years after its foundation, the company is still a market leader in the motorcycle sector.

The name Beta were rooted from the initials of Bianchi, Enzo and Tosi, Arrigo. During 1950s and 1960s, the company focused on two-stroke street bikes. Fast-forward to 1970s and Beta began its venture in developing and producing off-road motorcycles. Back in the days, the Motocross was increasingly being dominated by the Japanese manufacturers, that's why Beta decided to produce a series of machines during the 1980s. Notably, its efforts continue to reflect up to now, just recently, Beta motorcycle riders Steve Holcombe and Brad Freeman have won the last three EnduroGP Enduro World Championships, from 2017 to 2019. It is also worth noting that Beta made sigfnificant working relationships with other motorcycle brands like KTM and Suzuki.
