Triumph Speed Twin 1200 Overview
Given its rugged looks and thrilling performance, the Triumph Speed Twin is not only there to impress but also to express through its dynamic riding capability together with advanced rider technology and cutting-edge roadster performance and feel. As for its variants, the Bonneville Speed Twin is made available with one ABS trim.
Notably, the Speed Twin comes standard with a generous amount of equipment. The following includes a digital gauge display, a pair of 17-inch wheels, a wet multi-plate assist clutch, tubular steel with aluminum cradle frame, and a twin-sided, aluminum swing arm.
It is powered by a 1200cc liquid-cooled, 8-valve, SOHC, 270° crank angle parallel-twin engine that puts out a healthy 96 hp and 112 Nm of torque. This mill is then paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
Safety and security features of this bike include Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), and front and rear disc brakes for maximized braking power.
