As claimed by the manufacturer, the Honda Africa Twin was built to withstand the most grueling adventures. Introduced in the market in 2018, this adventure bike was made available in two trims, namely the ABS and DCT variants. Prices range from P860,000 to P900,000.
Standard features include adjustable suspension for preload and rebound damping, an LCD instrument panel that shows a wealth of information, a tall windshield that will protect its rider from any wayward debris, and LED lighting for better visibility of the road ahead.
Both variants of the Africa Twin is powered by a 999cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin, engine that features four-strokes and eight valves. The said powerplant is capable of producing 89 hp and 93 Nm of torque and could either be mated to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic.
Standard safety and security features include Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), traction control, slipper clutch, immobilizer, and an alarm system.
