Motorstar Xplorer X200R Overview

Born as Zongshen 200 GS in 2014, this Chinese motorbike has been in numerous markets all over the world but it comes in various names. Here in the Philippines, this motorcycle is named as Xplorer X200R. Tagged at P65,000, this appealing commuter bike offers sporty appearance, great comfort, and functionality.

This well-styled commuter bike owns a pair of headlights with triangular pilot light at the center and a windscreen for added poise. The shape of the fuel tanks gives a sporty vibe, while the rear comes with grab rail. Its center console features odometer, tachometer, speedometer, and fuel gauge.

For the suspension, there’s upside down (USD) front forks and rear monoshock. When it comes to safety, it is equipped with single disc brakes on both ends.

At the heart of this charmer is a healthy 199cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled gasoline engine that can deliver up to 15 hp and 13 Nm of torque. This power mill is then connected to a 5-speed gearbox.
