Indian FTR 1200 S Overview

Launched in the Philippine market in 2019, the Indian FTR 1200 S has the same characteristics as the FTR 1200 but more advanced. Priced at P1,195,000, the naked bike packs a great number of essential features and technology for better performance, agility, and control.

Notable features include full-LED lighting, a well-shaped seat for a more comfortable riding position, and 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels. For added convenience, the FTR 1200 S is integrated with a 4.3-inch Ride Command® LCD touch screen with Bluetooth® for easier phone connectivity.

For a more personalized ride, this naked bike comes with fully adjustable front and rear shock suspension. Braking duties are then delivered by disc brakes on both wheels, complemented with Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).

The FTR 1200 S is also equipped with Traction Control, Cornering Traction Control, Wheelie Mitigation control, Lean-angle Sensitive Stability Control, and three riding modes such as Sport, Rain, and Standard.

When it comes to performance, the FTR 1200 S is run by a powerful 1,203cc liquid-cooled, 60° V-Twin, DOHC gasoline engine that can deliver up to 123 hp and 118 Nm of torque. This powertrain is then coupled to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
