In the motorcycle world, scooters are categorized as basic transport—but in the case of Honda’s PCX 160, however, there’s a healthy dose of class, both in its looks and features. Introduced in the market in 2018, the PCX 160 comes in 2 variants— non-ABS which costs at P115,900 and ABS at P133,900.
The scooter will first catch your attention with its large and Sharply-styled LED headlight and taillight, then its adequately padded seat, designed for both comfort and rider control. There's a smart key system, an LCD instrument panel, a storage box with an outlet where phones can be charged, and below the seat is a 28-liter compartment that will easily accommodate a helmet.
Power is provided by a 156cc, SOHC, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, one-cylinder engine, capable of producing 15 hp and 14 Nm of torque. Power is shifted via a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
Aside from the mentioned LED lights, the PCX 160 also keeps its rider safe with an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) that is connected to the front-wheel disc brake.
