Considering my build (I used to be a powerlifter, and frequently go to the gym), I found that the jacket was particularly tight around the arms, ensuring a secure and form-fitting feel in that area. Since acquiring the Speed Mesh jacket, I have had the opportunity to embark on three or four rides, and I'm pleased to report that it is gradually breaking in with each outing. It's important to note that like all leather jackets, it takes some time to break in and become more comfortable.

To expedite this process, I recommend wearing the jacket off the bike first, whether it's at home or at work. This allows the leather to gain suppleness and conform to your body before hitting the road. One advantage of the snug fit is that the jacket remains securely in place at high speeds, without any flapping or disturbance. Just be sure to ensure all the zippers and buckles are properly closed for optimal safety and aerodynamic performance.

Notably, external protective shells are present on the shoulders, adding an extra layer of safeguarding for key impact areas. It's important to note that this jacket is not intended for everyday use or casual riding. Instead, it is designed to excel during spirited rides on twisty roads, where its protective features can be fully appreciated. In fact, with its durable construction and safety certifications, the Speed Mesh jacket can even be utilized for light track sessions, as long as you exercise caution and don't push the limits too aggressively. While it may not be the jacket you wear every day, it is a worthy investment for riders seeking enhanced protection and performance during exhilarating rides.

The P23,400 price tag of the Speed Mesh jacket is more than justified considering the abundance of safety features it offers. Just to recap, one of the standout features is its Class AA PPE certification, which ensures top-tier protection according to industry standards.
