Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Corsa unveiled as an homage to brand’s racing legacy
The V7 Stone Corsa boasts an eye-catching two-tone livery.
For nearly seven decades, the Moto Guzzi V7 has proudly represented Italian motorcycling prowess. Its timeless essence and genuine character have remained intact, making it an emblematic choice. During the 2023 Moto Guzzi Open House, a surprise took center stage: the Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Corsa. Enthusiasts from around the globe gathered in Mandello, eagerly anticipating this unveiling.
The V7 Stone Corsa boldly revives classic sportiness with its elegant contours, reminiscent of a bygone racing era. The sleek lines gracefully flow from the top fairing to the single-seater style saddle, evoking the thrill of historic races.
Sporting a new two-tone livery, the V7 Stone Corsa pays homage to motorcycle racing's golden age. A metallic gray base is energized by a striking red stripe running vertically across the top fairing, lower part of the fuel tank, and side panels. An optional matching hard cover for the rear saddle adds a genuine racing touch, transforming it into a true single-seater.
Beneath the surface lies the heart of the new V7 Stone Corsa—a true powerhouse. This iconic motorcycle is propelled by an 853cc transverse V-twin engine that exudes character and performance. With a torque output of 73 Nm at 5,000 rpm, it packs a punch that's ready to deliver, and what's truly remarkable is that a substantial 80 percent of this torque is readily available as early as 3,000 rpm.
This impressive engine doesn't just promise a ride; it offers an experience. The V7 Stone Corsa invites riders to embrace the road with confidence and embark on exhilarating journeys. It's precisely engineered to cater to the desires of sporty enthusiasts, ensuring that each twist of the throttle is met with a thrilling response, making every ride an adventure worth savoring.
The equipment package includes bar-end rear-view mirrors, enhancing the V7 Stone Corsa's sleek profile. The black anodized aluminum fuel cap adds a touch of sophistication. Staying true to its minimalist design philosophy, the front fork forgoes bellows, and a special edition plate graces the handlebar riser.
