Here’s your chance to catch all the racing action for the 2018 MotoGP

With MotoGP teams already starting their testing and shakedowns for the 2018 season, let’s take a look at what appears to be an exciting race calendar for 2018. Now at 19 rounds, the 2018 season is the longest one yet, with the exciting addition of Chang International Circuit for the Thai GP.

Featuring race-prepped and race-specced machines from teams and manufacturers from around the world, MotoGP is made up of 3 distinct classes, namely, MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3.

MotoGP is the pinnacle of two-wheeled circuit racing and features 1,000cc, 4-stroke engines that are limited to maximum of 4-cylinders. Moto2 features 4-cylinder, 4-stroke, 600cc motorcycles with engines made by Honda. Limited electronics and no chassis limitations are hallmarks of this class. Moto3 has 250cc, 4-stroke, single cylinder motorcycles that must not be heavier than 148 kg.

The show begins under the floodlights in Qatar on the 18th of March, and Valencia closes out the season on the 18th of November, making for an action packed 8 months of two-wheeled action. Will Dovisiozo put up a good fight for Ducati, or will Yamaha inch forward, with Rossi taking the championship from a heavily favored Marquez?
